Map Editor ??

Sup, I'm new on forums (but i know this page like 4 years backwards), and i want to ask where to get the Map Editor ? 'Cause I read Quanrian's modding FAQ and understood a lot of it (even so I'm really dumb

), but don't know where to download/find that editor... Can anyone help ?

P.S.: Before you're goin' to tell me to look in Notrium files, I've looked here and found nothing... Thx for any help

I hate to nitpick but this should really be in the questions thread..

1) find setup.dat (path: C:\Program Files\Notrium\data)
2) open in notepad
3) change 0;//create game initialization debug file to 1;//create game initialization debug file
4) start Notrium
5) select Start Map Editor
