    That's true, I don't envision the same items being rebuild all the time.

    How do you combine items in Two Worlds then, drag them on top of another?

    You drag them into an alchemy pot. It's five blank spots that take up to ten total items (Two of each, or ten of one, or anything in between). Then you click on the actual pot to combine them, and it generates the item based off of what you spent to get it. There is also an alchemy skill that controls its efficiency, but you can always use alchemy even if you haven't bought the skill.
