    Usually, you just fire up your FTP client and upload the files to your site.

    Depends on how you want it, I guess. If you want to embed it in another bigger page, you'll probably want something else (full scale CMS or something). If you want to have multiple small things, like a main page, a forum, a webcomic place, ... you'll need to create a HTML page with hyperlinks to the respective pages and stick all the bits in different directories.

    Pretty straightforward, actually. I suggest you study HTML, but I don't think you'll need PHP unless you plan to do advanced things.

    I guess i've lost my muse, which is why there hasn't been a comic for two weeks. Neither have i drawn anything in 6 months.

    This really isn't even much of a try at a comic, rather just something instead of nothing.
