Driftmoon crashes

I just bought this game on greenmangaming.com, looking forward to playing it but the game immediately crashes after trying to start it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Solved my own problem. It appears my antivirus, BitDefender, was preventing it from running. It does that occasionally with indie games, should have tried it earlier. Well, the more you know!

Wow, wonderful job! I don't think we could have solved that one nearly as fast as you did, so congrats on the great detective work! Have fun playing!

Ps. Thank you so much for coming back to tell us about the solution! Now we have at least one good option to try out if someone else experiences a similar problem.
